WL5M - CNC milling machine
Hardware and software decisions realized in CNC of the WL family provide to the users the best conveniences during the maintenance or setup. The next capabilities are provided by CNC of the WL family:
- Connection of digital (encoder) or analogue (resolver, inductosine) sensors by 8 digitization channels + possibility of extension; sensors query frequency is parametrically set, till 4.885 kHz;
- analogue (16-bits DAC 10V) and digital control by the regulated supply drives with 6 control channels + extension capacity; update frequency of controlling impacts on the drive is parametrically set, till 4.885kHz;
- simultaneous and independent adjustment of group axe navigations (zero exit, point positioning);
- linear, circular, spiral, spline interpolation (up to 8 axes) providing the given outline supply; polynomial parametrically set curves adjustment, curves smoothing; servo cycle frequency interpolation is parametrically set, up to 2KHz;
- coordinates transformation: reflection, rotation;
- thread making with regular or variable step; alternate/reciprocal treaded motion adjustment;
- dimensions measuring by means of contact probes;
- correction on length and instrument radius; individual instruments anchor;
- possibility to extend the CNC for multisaddle machine (up to 4 saddles) control; independent program adjustment for every saddle; program adjustment synchronization on different saddles;
- protection against programming mistakes with speeding-up and deceleration correction (starting from the given maximal supply and maximal acceleration);
- independent zone correction of dimensions (step inaccuracy compensation ball screw, ruler arch), zone slackness compensation up to 2000 points for each type of correction; correction value is up to 255 discretes.

- combined control by the track channel (displacement + speed + acceleration); capability of fine adjustment of the track channel and speed control channel correction (PID-regulators), capability to use in the drives engines without tacho-generators;
