Hardware-software complex Flash Drive

Hardware-software complex is intended for replacement of the obsolete or damaged and information storage hardware in the factory shops. Among them can be mentioned various magnetic storage devices, punching units, photo scanners. All these devices have mechanically moving and interacting parts, and that is why they are short-lived, require maintenance, consumables and periodic replacement of the media (magnetic storage devices).

Input/output complex answers to the following requirements: :

• reusable, long-lived, high-reliable, nonvolatile storage device of high capacity;
• the minimal time of the media readiness and read/write operations;
• doesn't have any mechanical moving parts;
• the minimal number of control units of the readout device in CNC;

At present Flash Drive is produced large-scale in several modifications and is adapted to wide range of the most used PNC systems, and it proved to be a reliable and convenient way of solving problems with punched type and is quite popular among production-engineers, PNC operators and engineers-setup men of the PNC equipment.

The hardware-software complex Flash Drive consists of the all-in-one interacting blocks. All blocks have low weight and dimensions, and don't require any special knowledge to install and use.
