To resolve technological problems except coordinates displacement it is necessary to: Communicate the machine condition to the controlling device (several parts availability, emergency situations and other). Transfer programmed orders to the controlling device.

The most of controlling devices resolve a so called interface problem by the definite voltage level signals emitting and receiving. These signals are connected and converted according to the definite machine demands by relay logic or by the equipment produced for this purpose.

These logical blocks:

  • interpret and synthesize the signals emitted by the machine;
  • decode and divide by the time the signals coming from controlling device;
  • and also serve independent, usually connected to the time dependences, tasks.

These tasks are executed by automation.

The automation controller is able to:

  • receive different signals coming from the machine;
  • process these coming signals;
  • transmit the processed signals to the machine or to the executive devices;

The developed programming language of the automation controller provides wide opportunities for realization of different processing of interface signals logical connections.

The graphic editor is used to work out the controller functioning logic, which allows in an easy graphic format building the PLC working logic. At that the standard logical elements, timers, counters, decoders, matrixes and state machines.
